I like this idea of inclusive decision making because it allows different perspectives to be heard. Its allowing opinions or ideas of all diversities to possibly make a change in a company for the better. This also increases productivity due to it taking half the time it would take a non diversified group to make a decision. This type of data really intrigues me because it is proving that a business can majorly improve their company just by allowing more and different opinions from different people into their decision making process.
